Gardening Tips
- Remember to deadhead your flowers frequently as it promotes a second flush of flowers. Deadhead throughout the Summer as this will prolong the flowering period.
- Check for greenfly and whitefly as they will damage your plants. We have many products available which can be purchased instore or via our online webstore on our gardening products page.
- Remember to apply a foliar feed every 14 days to your plants, containers and hanging baskets.
- Also, don't forget to remove any damaged flower heads or stems caused by the recent severe winds. The dead plant materials will attract pests and disease which you will want to avoid.

What is the best foliar feed to apply for plants?
ReplyDeleteGardening Tips
Hi Nikki,
ReplyDeleteThe best foliar feed that we would stock would be from a company called Vitax - Organic Liquid Seaweed (http://store.creativegardens.net/General-Gardening/Garden-Care/642/Organic-Liquid-Seaweed-1-L) or Seaweed plus Sequestered Iron (http://store.creativegardens.net/General-Gardening/Garden-Care/143576/Seaweed-plus-Sequest-Iron-1L). Both products can be purchased on our website and more information can be found using the links provided.
Hope that helps!
Many thanks.
